Harvesting Ready from May onwards; harvest young leaves for salads or mature leaves for cooking.

 

Sowing instructions

Sow seeds thinly in rows 1 cm deep. Thin seedlings to 20 cm apart for best growth. Water regularly and keep soil moist. Successional sowings every 3–4 weeks provide a continuous harvest.
