Q. I didn't get any order confirmation, did my order go through?
A. If you close your browser before the payment has been completed your order will not have been processed and you won't receive any confirmation. Please don't close your browser until you see your order has been processed.
 
Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A.  Orders are despatched within 5 working days Monday - Friday  however please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Once orders have left us, delivery is out of our control, please contact us if you haven't received your order after 14 days. 
 
Q: How is my order delivered?
A: Your order will be delivered via an Post or dpd.
 
Q: Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
A:  Yes we do deliver to Northern Ireland and there are no customs charges.
 
Q: How is my order packaged?
A: Our packaging team have perfected our packaging using recycled boxes and newspapers to ensure your order reaches you in the condition it left us.
 
Q: What happens if items are unavailable after I have placed an order?
A: Occasionally for reasons out of our control Items become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this should happen we will substitute for another variety.
 
Q: Will my seed be viable if the sow by date is for the same season?
A: All our seeds are purchased from reputable suppliers. Our suppliers have stated that the seeds are viable beyond the sow by date on the packet once stored correctly.
 
Q: Is it safe to pay online?
A: Yes, we use Opayo to process all of our payments. Their website fully encrypts your personal information using SSL technology. If you’re unsure you can view the padlock if the browser. 
 
Q: Is your website safe?
A: Yes, we use SSL technology which encrypts your details. Look for the padlock in your browser.
 
Q: Do you design gardens for customers?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer a garden design service.
 
Q: What if my order arrives with items missing or damaged?
A: Unfortunately errors do occur from time to time, report it to us within seven days and we will refund or replace where required. 
 
Q: Why don't you stock plants anymore?
A: Unfortunately due to ill health in the family we had to make the hard decision to change our direction. We are focusing more on seeds, artificial flowers and garden accessories. This wasn't an easy decision but it was the only one.
 
Q: Can we come and visit your shop and collect an order?
A: Unfortunately we don't have a shop you can visit. All our products online are delivery only.
