This easy to grow vegetable is becoming very popular and is packed with nutrients the crispy bright green peppery leaves are ideal for salads or garnishing.

Start to pick when the leaves when the plants are approx 10cm high. They will regrow for up to 4 cuts.

Use in salads, sandwiches or as a garnish

These nutritious leaves are easy to grow either in moist ground or containers.

Sow the seed thinly from April onwards 1.5 cm deep into moist fertile soil where they are to grow. No further thinning is necessary, just keep moist. Early sowings may need protection.
