Capsicum annuum ‘Jalapeño M’ is a classic chilli pepper variety producing medium-sized, thick walled fruits with a distinctive mild to medium heat.

Harvest July to October; fruits ripen from green to red.

 

Sowing instructions

Sow seeds individually in pots of moist compost, covering lightly. Keep warm and evenly moist until germination. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into larger pots or directly outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 45 cm apart to allow branching. Water regularly and feed with a balanced fertiliser during growth. Harvest fruits regularly to encourage continued cropping.
