Payment and Delivery Policy

We accept most credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed by Opayo, our ultra- secure payment gateway. You can also pay using PayPal, by selecting the PayPal logo on the Opayo Screen. We now also accept credit and debit card payments over the telephone. If you wish to pay over the phone then please select "Pay By Card (Over The Phone)". We will then contact you to arrange payment. Delivery

Please check all delivery information is correct as we will not be liable for missing parcels due to errors in the address.

Orders are despatched within 5 working days Monday - Friday however please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Once orders have left us, delivery is out of our control, please contact us if you haven't received your order after 14 days.

We try to keep all our delivery costs to our customers as low as possible and delivery charges are weight and size based depending on the envelope / package required to send your purchases.

Seed only orders are despatched with An post.

If other items are ordered at the same time these will arrive to you via An post or DPD complete with a tracking number.

You will be notified via email at the time of despatch.
