Verbascum Flush Of White Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This stately looking perennial has numerous flower spikes in pure white they bloom on upright stems above dark green foliage during summer.

A long flowering plant that will provide excellent summer displays in mixed borders grow in drifts for a nice effect.

Cut down after flowering

Sow between January - May on a warm window sill or in a propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 5mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant to 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed to flower the following year.
