Nasturtium Jewel Mix Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This easy to grow free flowering annual provides a brightly coloured mix of semi double flowers that bloom above attractive dark green foliage in abundance during summer.

They make ideal ground cover or could be used in pots, containers or baskets for effective displays.

☀️Sow March - May

☀️Germination time 7-10 days

☀️Loam, chalk or sandy soil thats acidic, alkaline or neutral

☀️Height 30cm

☀️Flowering time June - September

☀️Plant in sun

☀️Planting ideas Hanging baskets, pots, containers, beds, borders, cottage, low maintenance, edible

☀️Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow into individual pots 3 or 4 seeds per pot on a sunny window sill when the seedlings are large enough to handle pot into 7.5cm pots to grow on.

Plant out when all risk of frost had passed.

Alternatively sow the seed direct into baskets and containers from late April where they are to grow.
