This popular half hardy annual has large flowers in a range of vibrant colours providing long lasting displays throughout summer.

These long flowering plants are perfect for mixed containers and baskets.

It can also be grown as a house plant for indoor displays.

Also known as perargonium

Dead head to prolong flowering. Bring indoors or into a cool greenhouse to over winter.

Sow between January - April on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 3mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
