Coriander Lemon is an upright annual herb with finely divided bright green leaves that carry a distinctive lemon aroma giving a fresh twist to classic coriander flavour.

 

Plants grow quickly from seed forming soft leafy growth early in the season followed by delicate white to soft pink flowers in summer which attract bees and other pollinators.

 

The lemon scented foliage is perfect for salads salsas grilled dishes and light summer cooking while the seeds can be collected later in the season for a citrus spiced addition to baking and spice blends.

 

This variety thrives in full sun or partial shade and prefers fertile well drained soil with steady moisture to keep leaf production strong and delay bolting
