Coriander LEMON Herb Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This aromatic annual herb has lush green leaves with a citrus scent. A lovely addition to a range of dishes.

Ideal for growing in pots and containers as well as the garden.

☀️Sow April - August or year round indoors

☀️Germination 14 - 21 days

☀️Loam, chalk or sandy soil that's alkaline, acidic, neutral

☀️Harvest May onward or year round indoors

☀️Companion plants Asparagus, Spinach, Beans and Peas

☀️Pick the leaves when required and gather the seed heads when they turn brown by shaking them into an air tight container. The leaves can be frozen or dried

☀️A good source of vitamin A,C,E and K

☀️Use in a variety of dishes salads, Mexican, Oriental and Mediterranean dishes

Sow the seed into well raked prepared moist soil where they are to grow March to June around 0.5cm deep when the plants emerge thin them to around 20cm apart and keep well watered until they are established.

Alternatively sow indoors any time of the year on a warm window sill and grow on.
