A fast growing organic herb producing fresh aromatic leaves and citrus scented seeds with continuous harvests through the season.

Organic coriander is a versatile annual herb valued for its bright green leaves which bring a fresh citrus herbal flavour to salads curries salsas and countless dishes.

Plants grow quickly from seed forming soft leafy growth early in the season followed by delicate white flowers and aromatic seed heads later in summer giving you two useful harvests from one crop.

This organic strain is grown without synthetic treatments and offers strong natural vigour with reliable germination and steady growth in both containers and open ground.

Coriander thrives in full sun or light shade and prefers free draining soil with regular moisture to prevent early bolting and to keep leaf production strong.

Leaves can be cut repeatedly for fresh use while the seeds can be collected once dry and used whole or ground for baking spice blends and pickling.

Ideal for kitchen gardens windowsills raised beds and herb patches where it provides a steady supply of flavour from spring to autumn.

Sow thinly in shallow drills or small pots and cover lightly with compost
