Zinnia Orange King Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This easy to grow half-hardy annual has large semi-double orange flowers that will provide great displays during summer in mixed borders.

They are excellent plants for encouraging bee's and butterflies into the garden.

A lovely flower for summer flowering bouquets.

Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow the seed between April and May 5mm deep into finely raked soil that's been well watered when the seedlings emerge thin to 25 cm apart.

Alternatively sow into seed trays on a sunny window sill March - April when the plants are large enough to handle transplant into trays to grow on.

Plant out when the risk of frost has passed.
