Sowing Instructions:

 

For indoor sowing, start seeds in pots filled with moist seed compost. Sow 1–2 cm deep, keep at a temperature of 18–22°C, and ensure good ventilation. Transplant seedlings outdoors once the risk of frost has passed, spacing them 60–90 cm apart in a warm, sunny location.

 

For direct outdoor sowing, plant seeds after the last frost, in a well-prepared bed enriched with compost. Sow 2–3 seeds per hole, 2 cm deep, and thin to the strongest seedling once germinated. Water regularly, especially in dry periods.
