Sowing Instructions

 

For early blooms, sow seeds indoors from February to May in seed trays or pots filled with fine compost. Press seeds gently into the soil and lightly cover with a thin layer of compost. Maintain a temperature of 18–22°C and keep the soil moist until germination.

 

Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and harden them off before planting outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 30–40 cm apart in a sunny or lightly shaded location.
