Sowing Instructions
 
For earlier blooms, sow seeds indoors from March to May in seed trays or pots filled with fine compost. Lightly press the seeds onto the surface and cover with a thin layer of compost. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 18–22°C for best germination.
 
Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and harden them off before planting outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 30–40 cm apart in a sunny location with well-drained soil.
