Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from March to April or directly outdoors from late April to May. For indoor sowing, use seed trays or pots filled with fine compost, lightly cover seeds with a thin layer of compost, and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C. Keep the soil consistently moist until germination occurs.

 

Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and harden them off before planting outside after the last frost. Space plants 30-40 cm apart in a sunny, well-drained location.

 

For direct sowing, scatter seeds over well-prepared soil, lightly rake in, and water gently. Thin seedlings as needed for best growth.
