Aster Pinocchio Mix Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This low growing compact chinese aster has a bright and colourful mix of daisy flowers in varying shades including red, yellow, purple and white.

They stand on well branched stems providing long lasting colour edging borders or in mixed container displays.

Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow between March - May in a propagator or on a warm window sill at 18-21 degrees onto moist compost cover the seed with 5mm of sieved compost.

Transplant the seedlings when they are large enough to handle into trays or individual pots to grow on.

Harden off the plants before planting out after the risk of frost has passed planting 20cm apart.

Sow direct outdoors from April - May into warm moist finely raked soil thin the seedlings to 20cm apart.
