Helenium Rotgold Hybrid Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This colourful hardy perennial is a low maintenance plant that will provide outstanding late summer colour in garden borders.

The large flowers bloom in a range of rustic colours between golden yellow, reds and bronze plant in drifts encouraging bee's and other valuable wildlife into the garden.

Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow between January - April on a warm window sill or propagator by thinly sowing the seed on top of a small seed tray of moist compost keep the compost moist.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
