Arnica Montana Herb Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This perennial medicinal herb has aromatic green leaves with large bright yellow daisy flowers during summer.

A nice plant that will grow in a sunny border with nutrient poor soil.

The flowers are used as basis for infusions and compresses and salves for bruises a sprains.

All soil types that are well drained

Grow in beds and borders, wildlife garden

Also known as Wolfs Bane, Mountain Tobacco

Use as an anti inflammatory

Sow thinly between May - August onto a tray of moist compost covering lightly.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle pot into 5cm pots or seed tray 2cm apart to grow on.

Plant into their final flowering position in a sunny border.
