Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors:

Sow seeds thinly on the surface of fine seed compost between February and April. Press lightly without covering, as light can aid germination. Maintain a temperature of 18–20°C and keep soil moist. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots and grow on until ready to plant outside.

 

Outdoors:

After the last frost, plant seedlings in well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded location, spacing 30–40 cm apart. Mulch lightly to retain moisture and protect roots.
