Sunflower Pacino Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

The Helianthus annuus commonly known as Pacino Sunflower is a compact dwarf variety prized for its cheerful golden-yellow blooms and neat, bushy habit.

The Latin name Helianthus annuus translates to "annual sunflower," with "helios" meaning sun and "anthos" meaning flower, perfectly describing its bright, sun-like appearance. This delightful variety is ideal for small gardens, containers, and borders, offering the beauty of sunflowers in a manageable size.

Pacino Sunflowers grow to a height of 30-50 cm, thriving in well-drained, fertile soil with full sun. This multi-branching plant produces an abundance of medium-sized flower heads with a dark central disk, blooming from mid-summer to early autumn.

Pacino’s compact growth and long-lasting blooms make it a favourite for pollinator-friendly gardens and indoor floral arrangements.
