Sowing Instructions
 
Outdoors: Sow seeds directly into prepared, sunny soil from March to May. Plant seeds 2–3 cm deep and 30–40 cm apart. Water gently and keep soil moist until germination. Thin seedlings as required to allow sufficient space for strong stem growth.
 
Indoors (optional): Sow seeds in pots or trays from February to March. Transplant seedlings outdoors after the last frost into a sunny, sheltered location.
