Sowing Instructions

Rinse seeds thoroughly before use. Place in a sprouting jar or tray and soak overnight. Drain and rinse twice daily, keeping seeds moist but not waterlogged. Harvest sprouts when they reach 5–10cm in length. Consume fresh or refrigerate for short-term storage.
