Rucola Rocket Salad Herb Seed

Sowing Instructions

 

For an early start, sow seeds in trays or pots from February onwards. Lightly cover seeds with compost and keep at a temperature of 15–20°C. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into containers or garden beds.

 

Direct sow from March to September in well prepared soil. Scatter seeds thinly in rows or broadcast in small patches. Lightly rake into the soil and water well. Keep soil moist and thin seedlings as needed to allow for proper growth. Harvest leaves regularly to encourage new growth and prevent bolting in warm weather.
