Rosemary Herb Seed - Irish Plants Direct

This aromatic evergreen mediterranean herb has dark green needle like leaves with tiny blue flowers during summer.

A lovely perennial shrub that can be grown in pots, containers or garden borders.

A good antioxidant that can help with blood circulation and acts as an antii inflammatory.

Loam, chalk or sandy soil that's acidic alkaline or neutral

Harvest May - November

Companion Plants Cabbage, Beans, Carrot and Sage

Pick the leaves as required

A good source of vitamin A, C and B6

Use in stuffings with lamb, beef, chicken or vegetables

Sow thinly April - May indoors in seed trays 0.5cm deep water and place in a warm position 15 - 20 degrees and keep moist.

Transplant into small pots when they are large enough to handle, grow on in cooler conditions and gradually accustom the plants to outsiders conditions.
