Loam or sandy soil that's alkaline or neutral

Harvest May - October

Harvest by picking young leaves

A good source of Potassium and Calcium

Use in salads or as a garnish

Sow between April - August into a finely raked seed bed in rows 25cm apart cover with 0.5cm soil keep moist.

There is no need to thin the plants out sow every 2-3 weeks for a continuous crop.
