This compact chinese cabbage is a multi coloured variety with great tasting leaves and crunchy stems it is a is quick and easy to grow vegetable for adding interest to salads and stir-fry.

☀️ Sow March onwards

☀️ Germination 14 - 21 days

☀️ Loam or sandy soil that's alkaline or neutral

☀️ Harvest May - October

☀️ Companion Plants Cauliflower, Onions, Potato, Lettuce and Nasturtiums

☀️ Harvest by cutting at the base

☀️ A good source of vitamin C and k

☀️ Use in stir-fry, salads and oriental dishes

Brassica's do not like acidic soil so liming the soil may be necessary.

Sow thinly in a prepared seed bed from March - August 25cm apart and 1.5 cm deep Cover lightly and keep moist. When the seedlings appear thin to 20cm apart to grow on.

Sow every 2 - 3 weeks for a continuous crop.
