Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds directly outdoors from March to May, 1 cm deep in moist, well-drained soil. Space plants 20-30 cm apart. Choose a sunny location, as nasturtiums thrive in full sun and tolerate poor soil.

 

Alternatively, start seeds indoors in early spring, transplanting them outside after the last frost. Water moderately, as overly rich soil or excess fertiliser can reduce flowering.
