Mirabilis Night Beauty Mix Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This colourful annual has a mix of various shaded yellow and pinky purple flowers that open late in the afternoon providing a strong scent.

A good plant for attracting moths at dusk.

Loam, chalk or clay soil that's acidic, alkaline or neutral

Germination takes 7 - 14 days

Also known as 4 o'clock flower

Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 5mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant to 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.

Alternatively Sow outside in a sunny border where they are to grow between April - May.
