Sowing Instructions

Start seeds indoors from March to May in seed trays or pots filled with fine compost. Sow seeds 1 cm deep and keep at a temperature of 18-20°C. Once seedlings are large enough, harden off and transplant them outdoors after the last frost.

Direct sow outdoors from late April to early July in well-prepared, fertile soil. Sow seeds 1 cm deep, spacing them 25 cm apart. Kale thrives in a sunny or partially shaded spot, and regular watering will help the plants establish and grow. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and prevent weeds.
