Hyssop Herb Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This bushy aromatic shrubby herb has spikes of bright blue flowers during summer.

A perennial plant that would also make a great addition to the flower border or containers it is very attractive to a host of wildlife.

A traditional medicinal herb for teas, culinary dishes and pot pourri.

Cut back in spring

Can be used in a variety of dishes, teas and as a medicinal herb for sore throats and coughs.

Sow between February - June into a tray of moist compost and place in cold frame or cool greenhouse.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into individual pots to grow on.

Transplant out into the border July - September spacing the plants 30cm apart.
