Hollyhock Majorette Mixed Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This popular cottage garden favourite has tall strong stems with fully double or semi double flowers in a variety of soft and bold colours from late summer.

An easy to grow biennial that looks effective grown in groups at the back of a mixed border creating height and interest.

Cut down to the base after flowering.

Sow between March - May on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 1.5cm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots.

Plant out from July onwards for them to flower the following summer.
