Sow February to April indoors or directly outdoors from May. Germination 14 to 21 days at 18 to 22°C. Soil and Position Light well drained soil; prefers full sun. Height 60 to 90 cm with upright stems and white butterfly like flowers. Flowering June to October.

 

Sowing instructions

Sow seeds thinly in trays or pots indoors from February. Cover lightly with compost and keep moist. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle spacing 30 cm apart. For outdoor sowings prepare a fine seed bed in full sun and sow thinly in drills 0.5 cm deep.

 

Grow and maintenance
