Corsican Mini Mint Herb Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This very low growing perennial herb up to 1cm high has tiny glossy bright green leaves with a minty flavour and showy pale purple flowers.

It has a trailing ground covering habit making it perfect for growing in crevices and pots.

Loam or sandy soil thats neutral

Harvest April - November

Companion Plants Beets, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Squash

Do not plant with Parsley or Chamomile

Pick the leaves as required

A good source of vitamin C and B6

Use in salads, cold drinks and teas

Sow several seeds between April - June into individual pots or cell trays and lightly cover place in a warm position 15 - 20 degrees and keep moist.

Grow on in cooler conditions gradually accustom the plants to outside conditions.
