Trophy Organic is a cold hardy lamb’s lettuce producing compact smooth rosettes of dark green spoon shaped leaves with a mild slightly sweet nutty taste that suits salads sandwiches and winter greens mixes.

 

Plants grow quickly and evenly forming dense clusters that can be harvested whole or leaf by leaf and the variety is naturally slow to bolt giving a long reliable cropping window through autumn winter and early spring.
