This pretty Celosia has spikes of rose pink flowers on tall slender stems during summer.

 

They are excellent for a sunny garden border grow in drifts for effective displays. 

 

They also make an excellent cut flower.

Sow March - May

Loam, chalk or sandy soil that's acidic, alkaline or neutral 

 

Sow between March - May on a warm window sill or propagator onto a tray of moist compost. When the plants are large enough to handle transplant into trays 5cm apart or individual pots or modules to grow on. 

 

Gradually harden off the plants and plant out when the risk of frost has passed.
