Asian Brassica Mixture ORGANIC Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This mix of salad leaves has a colourful variety of serrated leaves with a tangy and spicy flavour.

They are fast growing sow little and often for a continuous supply of leaves throughout summer to use in mixed salads or stir fries.

This packet contains green in snow, moutarde rouge metis, red giant and mizuna.

Seed Qty 2.5 gram

Sow March - August or year round

Germination 7 - 14 days

Loam or sandy soil that's alkaline or neutral

Harvest May - October

Companion Plants Beetroot, beans, carrots and radish

Do not plant with cabbage

Cut the leaves from each plant they will then re grow

A good source of Vitamins c

Use in Salads, stir frys or garnish

Sow thinly outdoors under cloches in fertile well drained soil from March onwards.

Successional sow fortnightly through to August in drills 1.5cm deep and 30cm between rows in a sheltered sunny spot.

The leaves can also be grown in pots and containers on a sunny patio keep well watered during dry spells.

Sow in pots to over winter in a cold greenhouse or tunnel.
