This bright green grass has a nice flavour and is packed with great health benefits. 
 
Wash and soak the seed overnight. 
 
Spread the seed thickly over a tray of moist compost. Cover with another tray to exclude any light to help the seed root. 
 
Remove the tray after 4 - 5 days and water if needed. 
Harvest when the grass develops its second leaf when its at its most nutritious.
