Sowing Instructions

 

For early blooms, start seeds indoors from February to May. Sow thinly on the surface of fine compost and lightly press down—do not cover, as light aids germination. Maintain a temperature of 18–22°C and keep soil moist until germination occurs. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots before hardening them off and planting outdoors after the last frost.
