Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds thinly in trays of moist, well-drained compost. Lightly cover with fine soil and maintain temperatures at 18 to 22°C. Germination usually occurs within 2 to 3 weeks. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle, spacing 25 to 30 cm apart. Harden off indoor seedlings and plant out after the last frost

 

Grow and Maintenance

Water regularly during dry spells and feed lightly with a balanced fertiliser to encourage healthy growth. Deadhead spent blooms to prolong flowering and maintain a tidy display. Verbena hybrida thrives in sunny positions and requires little maintenance once established
