Sowing Instructions:
Sow seeds indoors from February to April in trays or pots filled with moist, well-drained compost. Scatter seeds thinly on the surface, cover lightly, and maintain a temperature of 15–20°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and grow on in containers.

Sow outdoors from March to June directly into pots, troughs, or raised beds. Use peat-free compost with good drainage and position containers in full sun. Water regularly and feed with a liquid fertiliser every few weeks.
Thin or transplant seedlings to 10–40 cm apart depending on the variety. Leafy crops like lettuce and spinach can be spaced closer, while fruiting plants like tomatoes and courgettes need more room.
Most varieties thrive in full sun and benefit from consistent watering. Tomatoes and chillies prefer warm, sheltered spots, while carrots and spinach do well in cooler conditions. Harvest regularly to encourage continued growth.

This collection is ideal for urban gardeners, beginners, or anyone working with limited space. Whether you're growing on a balcony, patio, or windowsill, these compact crops will deliver fresh, nutritious produce all season long.
