Sowing Instructions:
Sow seeds indoors from February to April in trays or pots filled with moist, well-drained compost. Scatter seeds thinly on the surface, cover lightly, and maintain a temperature of 15–20°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and harden off before planting outdoors after the last frost.
Sow outdoors from March to June directly into well-prepared soil. Rake to a fine tilth, sow thinly in rows, and cover lightly. Water gently and keep soil moist during germination.
Thin or transplant seedlings to 20–40 cm apart depending on the variety. Leafy crops like spinach and kale can be spaced closer, while larger plants like pumpkin and cabbage need more room to thrive.
Most varieties prefer full sun and moderately fertile soil.

Water regularly during dry spells and feed with a balanced organic fertiliser to support healthy growth. Harvest young for tender leaves or allow to mature for full nutritional value.
This superfood collection is ideal for health-conscious gardeners, families, and anyone looking to grow vibrant, nutrient rich vegetables at home. Whether you're planting in containers, raised beds, or small plots, these varieties will deliver a colourful and nourishing harvest all season long.
