Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors: Sow seeds in trays or pots of fine seed compost between February and April. Cover lightly, water gently, and maintain a temperature of 18–21°C. Once seedlings are strong enough, prick out into individual pots and grow on in warm, bright conditions.

 

Outdoors/Containers: Harden off after the last frost and transplant into hanging baskets, large containers, or patio pots. Use a good quality compost, spacing 2–3 plants per basket for the best trailing effect. Keep soil moist and feed regularly with a liquid tomato fertiliser once flowering begins.

 

Regular picking encourages more fruits to set, ensuring a continuous harvest.
