Sowing Instructions

 

Start seeds indoors from March to April in trays or small pots filled with fine compost. Sow seeds 1 cm deep and keep at a temperature of 15-20°C. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots before hardening off and planting outdoors.

 

Direct sow outdoors from April to August in well-prepared, moist soil. Sow seeds 2 cm deep, spacing them 30 cm apart in rows 40 cm apart. Keep the soil consistently moist for steady growth. Harvest leaves regularly to encourage continuous production and prevent bolting.
