Sweet Pea Primrose Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This climbing hardy annual has beautifully fragrant large creamy yellow flowers that stand on strong stems blooming profusely during summer.

Grow them against trellis, fences, or obelisks in a sunny border.

They make an excellent cut flower.

When the young plants have 3 - 4 sets of leaves pinch out the growing tip to encourage bushy growth.

Sow indoors from January - March on a sunny warm window sill or in a propagator grow on and plant out when the risk of frost has passed.

Sow outdoors April - May where they are to grow sowing 2 seeds 10cm apart.

Sow September - October in a cool greenhouse or cold frame for planting out in spring.
