A great mix of tasty salad sprouting seeds that have a spicy fresh flavour.

Includes Mung Beans, Alfalfa, Lentils, Fenugreek and Yellow Mustard.

Easy to grow sprouting vegetables can be grown year round on a sunny window sill.

They are packed with nutrients vitamins and minerals bringing different textures, flavours and colour to salads, sandwiches and garnishes.

Sow the seed in trays or plastic containers that are lined with cotton wool, kitchen paper or a fine layer of compost any time of the year.

Place on a sunny warm window sill.

Keep wet and do not allow to dry out.

The seed will take between 5 - 8 days before they are ready to harvest when the sprouts are 3 - 5cm long.
