Sowing Instructions

 

Rinse seeds thoroughly in clean water.

Place seeds in a sprouting jar or shallow tray with a fine mesh lid or cloth cover.

Soak seeds in clean, room-temperature water for 6-8 hours, then drain well.

Rinse and drain seeds twice daily, keeping the jar or tray in a warm, dimly lit location.

Harvest sprouts once they reach 3-5 cm in height, usually within 4-7 days. Rinse thoroughly before consuming.
