Sowing Instructions

Outdoors or Containers:

Sow from February to September in shallow drills 1 cm deep. Space rows 25 cm apart and thin seedlings to 10 cm for full sized leaves or 5 cm for baby leaf production. For containers, use a wide trough or pot with fertile compost and keep soil evenly moist.

 

Growing On:

Harvest young leaves regularly to encourage continuous regrowth. Provide light shade during hot spells to prevent bolting and maintain tender foliage.
