Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors: Sow seeds in trays or small pots with fine seed compost. Cover lightly, keep soil moist, and maintain 18–20°C. Transplant seedlings when they have 3–4 true leaves.

 

Outdoors: Direct sow in prepared soil from March to June. Sow thinly and thin seedlings to 20–25 cm apart. Regular harvesting of outer leaves encourages continuous growth throughout winter.
