Pumpkin Fictor Db ORGANIC Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This creeping squash variety has small rounded bright red orange fruits with a good flavoured orange flesh with a good flavour.

Ideal for baking and roasting.

Harvest by cutting the fruit off the plant

Use in Baking, pies and roasting

Sow from April onwards into pots 1.5 cm deep placing two seeds on their sides leave on a sunny window sill or in a propagator and keep moist.

Remove the weeker seedling and grow on when the plants get 4/5 leaves gently accustom them to the outside and plant out leaving 120cm between plants when the chance of frost has passed.

Alternatively sow outside in June 120cm apart placing 2 seeds in the ground 1.5cm deep remove the weaker seedling when they emerge.
